This covers this website: what happens when you visit it, and what happens if you send us your details through the form or leave your email to be kept posted. It is short because there is genuinely not much to tell.

If you are just reading

We collect nothing that identifies you. Traffic is measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which was built to count visits without following people around:

• No cookies. Nothing is written to your device.
• No fingerprinting and no cross site tracking. We cannot tell that the same person came back a second time.
• We see aggregate numbers only. How many people viewed a page, roughly where the visits came from, country, and whether the browser was mobile or desktop.
• No advertising networks, no tracking pixels, no data brokers, and no third party scripts beyond the analytics itself.

If you fill in the form

The form on the main page collects your name, email address and phone number, and notes the rough location (state and country) your connection came from. Nothing else. It exists so you can start a conversation about using Lineup for your game, group, league or club.

• Those details are used to reply to you. That is the entire purpose.
• Filling in this form does not put you on the Keep-me-posted list, a newsletter, or any automated marketing sequence. Only the Keep-me-posted box does that, and only if you use it.
• Your details are never sold or rented, and are not passed to advertisers, data brokers or marketing platforms.
• The submission is delivered to us through the ordinary tools we use to run the business, and nowhere else.
• Filling in the form does not sign you or anyone else up to receive text messages. Lineup's messaging service is a separate thing with its own consent step and its own terms, and nobody is texted by it without opting in first. Its terms are at sms-terms and its privacy page at sms-privacy.

If you leave your email

The Keep me posted box at the bottom of the main page collects your email address, and notes the state and country your connection came from so we know where interest is. Nothing else. It exists so we can tell you when Lineup is ready for you.

• You will hear from us rarely, and about Lineup only. Nothing from anyone else.
• Every message we send to the list will carry an unsubscribe link. Before then, leaving the list is one request away: reply to any email from us or use the form, and it is gone that day.
• Your address is never sold, rented or shared, and is not passed to advertisers, data brokers or marketing platforms.
• The list is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you. Ask and it is gone that day.
• Leaving your email does not sign you up for text messages. Texting has its own opt-in, described at sms.

Deleting your details

Ask and they are gone. Reply to any email from us, or send the request through the form, and the record is deleted. That covers the Keep-me-posted list too. There is no retention period we are trying to hold you to.

How long anything is kept

Analytics are aggregate and are not connected to you, so there is nothing personal sitting there to delete. Enquiry details are kept while the conversation is live and removed when it is over or when you ask. The Keep-me-posted list is kept until you unsubscribe or ask.

Where it is kept

On Cloudflare, in the United States, encrypted in transit and at rest. There is no user account system and no login. The only things stored are the Keep-me-posted list and enquiries.

Children

This site is not aimed at anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. There is no version history to dig through.
